Heavy Duty Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders
Eriez' Heavy Duty Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeders are available in nine models
with capacities to 850 tons (765 MT) per hour*.
Mechanical Feeders and Conveyors
Low-horsepower, high-capacity mechanical feeders handle bulk materials in
volumes up to 2250tph (2040mtph). Low-profile, requires minimum headroom.
Simple, stable, variable controller. Wide variety of trough sizes and types
available.
Conveyors - Single Mass
Highly efficient single mass conveyors are designed to move bulk material
reliably and economically. Flow rates to 18 tph (16mtph).
Conveyors - Mechanical Tuned Two-Mass
Low-horsepower, high-capacity units for the controlled transfer of bulk
materials. Compact design presents low profile, requires minimum headroom. Flow
rates to 60fpm (18mpm). Easy access to components expedites and simplifies
maintenance.
Volumatic Feeder Machines
Made up of a hopper, vibrator, feeder and controls. Assures accurate flow of dry
bulk materials for weigh scales, packaging and bagging equipment, small batch
operations and additive feedings. Three models with feed rates of up to 15tph
(13.6mtph). Special models available for specific requirements.
Vibratory Feeder Controls
Standard Hi-Vi Feeder Controllers. Depending on the feeder to which it is
connected, varying the line voltage from zero to 100% allows precise feeding
from a few ounces to several tons per hour.
High capacity gyratory units for high viscosity liquid/solid separation, and wet or dry classification. Easy operation when tuning to specific feed rate, product and separation requirements. No damping under loads. Long screen life. Inline screeners are also available.

Linear Screen Separators
Vibratory screeners serve as efficient screening separators for a wide variety
of materials. Eriez has standard and heavy duty models for the majority of
screening applications. Special units can be ordered with multiple drives for
greater capacities. In addition, a wide variety of standard and special trays
are available.
