Jeremy Leiskau
Founder of Frontline Process Solutions, Jeremy Leiskau has been a dedicated presence in the industry for over 27 years. Since starting the company in 1998, his goal has always been to go beyond the traditional agency model — offering clients not just products, but long-term service, support, and true partnership. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys traveling and spending time on the golf course.

David Gilmore
David is a mechanically minded sales professional with over 15 years of experience in selling, installing, and servicing equipment for customers. Known for his hands-on approach and strong technical knowledge, he’s committed to supporting clients throughout every stage of their equipment lifecycle. Outside of work, David is a devoted father who enjoys playing hockey in the winter and spending time at the beach in the summer.

Pete Patterson
Having spent more than 40 years selling, servicing and supporting industries ranging from pharmaceutical, mining, recycling and food processing, Pete brings a wealth of expertise and know-how to every project he takes on with his customers. His drive and commitment are as predominant today as the years he spent building his reputation and credibility within the industries he serves.

Tim Efimov
With a technical college background in industrial processes and hands-on experience as a machine operator, Tim developed strong mechanical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving. His time in R&D and quality control at multinational corporations gave him valuable insight into modern business practices and standards. Tim is committed to delivering efficient solutions and building lasting client relationships. Tim spends his downtime enjoying nature and playing sports.
